Monique’s Body Art DOES NOT take appointments for any and all types of body piercing. We are on a STRICTLY walk in based schedule for all piercing services. Piercings will always be first come first serve. To accommodate for not taking appointments, we do have a piercer in seven days a week from open to close to help you with any and all piercing needs! Thank you for understanding.

Facial – Eyebrow, Bridge, Septum, Nostril, Dermal, Cheeks
Oral – Lip, Labret, Monroe, Tongue, Ashley, Medusa, Smiley
Ear – Industrial, Rook, Daith, Tragus, Cartilage, Anti-Tragus, Conch, Flat, Forward Helix, Helix, Earlobe
Body – Nipples, Navel, Dermal, Female Genital and Male Genital
Infant Earlobes – Infant Earlobes are performed by BILLY ONLY
Infant Earlobes
- Infant Earlobes are performed by BILLY ONLY
- We start at 3 months and stop at 8 months. After 8 months we do not stop until the child is 5 years old.
- Billy does not take appointments and runs on a walk in based schedule. Please call for his hours.
- We recommend using a topical lidocaine cream for any infant and children’s piercings.
Our Piercing Process
At Monique’s Body Art, we’ve refined our piercing process over three decades to ensure your safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
We are a walk in based, first come first serve for all piercing services because we are such high volume for piercings. Here’s what to expect during your visit:
For MINOR piercings:
- Florida State Law requires that A parent or legal guardian be present at the time of the piercing and must provide us with a copy of their state issued ID.
- If you are a Legal Guardian signing off on the piercing of a minor, you must come prepared to provide us with paperwork stating legal guardianship over said child.
- We have all the proper consent forms that you will need to sign for a minor piercing here at Monique’s.
- We have a Notary on staff who can notarize the minor consent forms. If you choose to use our notary services, there will be an additional $10 fee.

Paperwork & ID Verification
You’ll complete a release form for your records and ours. We’ll make a copy of your driver’s license or state-issued photo ID, which will be attached to your paperwork for verification purposes.

Jewelry Selection
Our knowledgeable staff helps you select the perfect jewelry for your desired piercing. We’ll guide you through options that are not only beautiful but also appropriate for the specific piercing type, ensuring optimal healing and long-term success.

Jewelry Sterilization and Room Prep:
You will relax in lobby while we take a few moments to sterilize your jewelry selection and flip the room before you come back.

Clean the Piercing Area
Making sure the area is sterile and clean

Placement
We will mark the area with a sterile one use marker. We will always ask for your feedback on the placement to make sure that your piercing is exactly where you want to be.

Piercing
We use a hollow, single use needle. We are a ‘no piercing gun’ facility. Using the hollow needle allows us maximum precision and gives you maximum comfort.

Jewelry Insertion
Your chosen jewelry is worn for your enjoyment.
